FAQ<\/h1>\n

Your personal retreat is ready for check-in from 4.00 pm. If our girls are quicker, you are welcome to check into your chalet earlier. If you arrive after 8 p.m., just let us know so that we can prepare everything for you at reception.<\/p>\n

CHECK – OUT. Stay a little longer! Whether in the sunny garden or in our spa in the boutique hotel. You are welcome to stay until 4.00 pm! However, we ask that you vacate your chalet by 10.00 am. Think green – use your bathrobe and wellness bag from the chalet. Then simply hand them in at reception.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can I cancel my booking?” tab_id=”storno”][vc_column_text css=””]Sometimes things turn out differently than planned and you have to cancel your vacation unexpectedly. That’s why we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance with us at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

However, the following applies in principle<\/p>\n

  • up to 42 days before the start of your vacation – cancellation free of charge – the deposit of 40 % will be refunded minus a processing fee of \u20ac 40.00.<\/li>\n
  • 41 to 14 days before arrival – 50 % cancellation fee<\/li>\n
  • within 13 days before arrival – 100 % cancellation fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
