CHECK – IN . Your personal retreat is ready for check-in from 4.00 pm. If our girls are quicker, you are welcome to check into your chalet earlier. If you arrive after 8 p.m., just let us know so that we can prepare everything for you at reception.

CHECK – OUT. Stay a little longer! Whether in the sunny garden or in our spa in the boutique hotel. You are welcome to stay until 4.00 pm! However, we ask that you vacate your chalet by 10.00 am. Think green – use your bathrobe and wellness bag from the chalet. Then simply hand them in at reception.

Sometimes things turn out differently than planned and you have to cancel your vacation unexpectedly. That’s why we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance with us at the time of booking.

However, the following applies in principle

• up to 42 days before the start of your vacation – cancellation free of charge – the deposit of 40 % will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 40.00.
• 41 to 14 days before arrival – 50 % cancellation fee
• within 13 days before arrival – 100 % cancellation fee

In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked stay. Cancellation costs are calculated from the total price.

For the booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total amount of your stay by bank transfer or credit card payment

The Haus am Wald has a private garage and a parking lot directly at the chalet.

It is possible to charge the electric car using your adapter on 400 volt or 230 volt sockets.

The Haus am Wald is fully equipped – we offer WLAN, TV, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, bathrobes and much more.

In principle, the chalets are not cleaned during your stay – but this is also possible on request, especially for longer stays.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to Haus am Wald. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Fee per pet – 50 € / day

Yes, our ASTER breakfast is served daily between 8 am and 10:30 am at the Boutique Hotel (five minutes away by car).
